Sivakarthikeyan will be next seen in the romantic drama 'Don', which is directed by debutant Cibi Chakravarthy. The film is produced by Lyca Productions and was slated to release on March 25th. However, the latest report suggests that Sivakarthikeyan's 'Don' aims for a new release date. SS Rajamouli's 'RRR' has also been announced to release on March 25th and the release of the mega-budget Pan Indian drama might affect Sivakarthikeyan. Also, 'Don' producer Lyca Productions is distributing 'RRR' in Tamil Nadu. So, the makers have reportedly decided to avoid the clash as it might affect their business, and are planning to release 'Don' on May 12th as there are a couple of big releases planned later.

The official announcement regarding the 'Don' new release date is expected to be announced soon with a special poster featuring Sivakarthikeyan or the film's teaser. The latest decision of the producer will also relieve the fans as they are worried about the 'Don' and 'RRR' clash.

'Don' features Sivakarthikeyan and Priyanka Mohan in lead roles, and it marks the duo's second film after the successful 'Doctor'. Anirudh Ravichander has scored the music, and the college drama also stars SJ Suryah, Soori, Shivaangi, and RJ Vijay, among others.
