The actor maintains a clean, nutrition-driven lifestyle, relying mostly on home-cooked meals and whole foods to fuel his demanding routine. While he often jokes about feeling “lazy” at times, Arjun is known to train seven to eight times a week when he is in his peak rhythm.

One hour on the treadmill on an empty stomach

Speaking about how he begins his day, Arjun once revealed in an interview with Pinkvilla, “I run for 45 minutes to 1 hour on the treadmill on an empty stomach. I think that really helps.” This fasted cardio routine has become a consistent part of his mornings, helping him maintain stamina, conditioning and a sharp metabolic response.
