Dil Raju asks director Anil Ravipudi to become an actor; ‘Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu’ director gives a fun reply at ‘Love Insurance Kompany’ event

Pradeep Ranganathan and Krithi Shetty starrer ‘Love Insurance Kompany’ is set to release on April 17 and ahead of its release, the makers have been promoting the film. Recently, the team hosted an event in Hyderabad, which was attended by producer Dil Raju and director Anil Ravipudi as chief guests. There, the filmmaker suggested that the ‘Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu’ director venture into acting.

Dil Raju suggests Anil Ravipudi turn hero

During the event, Dil Raju shared that Anil Ravipudi should become a hero. He felt the director has all the qualities to act as a lead as per a report by CineExpress. He gave the example of Pradeep Ranganathan. Pradeep himself started as a director and is now a successful actor. Dil Raju said Anil can also follow the same path and become a hero.

Anil Ravipudi answered in a very calm and simple way. He said, “I am happy where I am, and I want to continue as a director.” He did not show interest in acting as a full-time hero.

Later, Anil also made a fun comment as he said, “I am very happy with my work as a director, and Dil Raju garu’s offer is good. But I will direct Pradeep Ranganathan as the hero if Dil Raju garu produces the film.”

During the event, Anil Ravipudi also spoke highly about Pradeep Ranganathan. He said, “People have embraced Pradeep as one of their own. He is like the boy next door and looks completely natural in every role he plays.”



Anil Ravipudi also shared his experience watching the film. He said, “When the film was being dubbed into Telugu, Vignesh wanted the dialogues to be perfect. So he called me and showed me a few scenes. I completely forgot about the dialogues because I was so immersed in watching the film.”
