Erra Bus made me reflect on my life: Vishnu Manchu

A film like Erra Bus, based on the relationship between a grandfather and his grandson, stands out in Vishnu Manchu���s career filled with action comedies. Admittedly, even he was surprised that veteran filmmaker Dasari Narayana Rao chose him to play the lead role.
���Well, Dasari uncle convinced me saying that I can pull it off and that sort of set the ball rolling for me.It���s a sensitive story which has a beautiful message in the end. Quite often, while pursuing our dreams, we ignore people who give us unconditional love. It made me think and reflect on my own life. I am confident that it���ll have a similar impact on the audience as well,��� says Vishnu Manchu who is cast opposite Catherine Tresa in the film which released today (November 14).
Dasari Narayana Rao, who plays Vishnu���s grandfather, has also produced the film under Tharaka Prabhu Films banner. Vishnu says working with the veteran director was inspiring. ���Dasari
garu���s passion for cinema is incredible. He is so clear about what he wants that when he sits down with me to explain what I am supposed to do, his mind is already in the editing room. Of all the directors I have worked with, only RGV could manage to do that,��� Vishnu says, adding, ���It was a privilege to work with Dasari and this film is right up his alley. I grew up seeing my father work with him. Perhaps, that���s the reason why he gave me leeway to have fun on the sets.���
The actor is all praise for his co-star Catherine Tresa. ���She���s obsessed with getting her dialogues, expressions and dance movements right. She used to rehearse every time she got a break so much so that I had to tell her to calm down and take it easy,��� he laughs, adding, ���Having said that,Catherine is one of the finest actresses I have worked with.���
