Hanu Man director Prashanth Varma donates Rs 14 lakh to Ram Mandir trust!

Director Prashanth Varma's Hanu Man is now creating waves at the box office. The film in 2 days has made Rs 30 crore at the box office including the movie premiere show. The mythological superhero film has been critically acclaimed for its visuals and GFX. Starring Teja Sajja, Amritha Aiyer, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar and Vinay Rai in lead roles, the movie has been getting positve reviews on social media from fans since its release.During the film's pre-release event, the makers made a decision to donate Rs 5 from every ticket sold for the film towards the construction of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. The announcement was made by mega star Chiranjeevi, who was the special guest at the film's event. Now, according to the reports of India Today, director Prashanth Varma has already donated Rs 14 laksh to the Ram Mandir trust. The director in an interview with India Today, said that the film's producer is a very religious prson and they are devoted in every way. He added that when the producer heard of the temple being built in Ayodhya, they had made a decision to contribute money towards the temple's construction. He revealed that till now, the film makers have donated Rs 14 laksh to the temple and added that they are hoping for the film to pick up well so they might be able to donate in crores to the temple.
