Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas, who turns a year older today was born on January 3, 1993, to famous film producer Bellamkonda Suresh Babu in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. His friends and relatives call him Sai. Even though he is the son of a renowned filmmaker, he has seen his share of struggles to enter the industry and has created a fan following of his own over the years. Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas made his debut in the year 2014 with the film titled, Alludu Seenu. Samantha Ruth Prabhu essayed the female lead opposite Sai in this film. The film became a super hit at the box office, and the audience just could not stop praising the actor for his brilliant performance and dance moves. Speedunnodu
Speedunnodu is the official remake of Tamil hit film Sundarapandian, which starred Sasikumar, Lakshmi Menon, Vijay Sethupathi and Soori. In the highly-anticipated film Speedunnodu, which was helmed by well-known director Bhimaneni Srinivasa Rao, Bellamkonda played the action-packed role of a son of village president, Sobhan. Sonarika Bhadoria played the female lead in this film bankrolled by Good Will Cinema. Tamannaah Bhatia had performance a special song titled Bachelor Babu, and she looks beautiful as ever in it. The film has become a hit since being released.
Jaya Janaki Nayaka
Released in the year 2017, Jaya Janaki Nayaka pairs Bellamkonda Sreenivas and Rakul Preet Singh in the lead roles. Bellamkonda has played the role of Gagan Kumar Yadhav, a rich kid with moral values. He falls in love with her co-student Sweety, who is in trouble. The fans loved Sreenivas’ action-packed role in the Boyapati Srinu-directed film. Actress Pragya Jaiswal had an extended cameo in the movie. Actress Catherine Tresa was seen shaking a leg alongside Sai in the special number, A for Apple in the film
Sita
The rom-com directed by Teja stars Bellamkonda Sreenivas and Kajal Aggarwal is about a naive youngster Ram who is left in a monastery by his uncle eagerly awaits for his sister-in-law Sita to meet her since childhood. While the film was all about Kajal, Sai’s Ram held his own ground and gave a remarkable performance in most of the scenes. Pretty diva Paayal Rajput has teamed up with Sai and wowed us all with her dance moves and curvaceous figure in song Bull Reddy
Rakshasudu
An official remake of the Tamil movie Ratsasan, Rakshasudu was released in 2019. Radha Ravi has appeared in a guest role in the film. Anupama Parameswaran reprised the role of Amala Paul in the movie. Directed by Ramesh Varma, Rakshasudu is the story of a newly appointed police sub-inspector, Arun who goes after a notorious serial killer who targets only teenage girls. The actor was seen sporting a stylish and sleek cop look in the film which soon became a rage among his fans. He was also lauded for his performance in the movie.
