‘Lenin’: Bhagyashri Borse makes first appearance as female lead BHARATHI in Akhil Akkineni starrer

Actress Bhagyashri Borse was last seen in the period thriller drama ‘Kaantha’ and has been announced to be playing the female lead in the Akhil Akkineni starrer ‘Lenin’. The makers recently shared the first look at the actress playing the role of Bharathi from the world of their upcoming movie.The makers took to their Instagram handle and wrote, “Vareva vareva.. vavva vavva vareva..ఎన్నెలల్లే ఉంటాది..మా భారతి..Introducing @bhagyashriiborse from #LENIN. First Single from JAN 5th.”In the poster, Bhagyashri Borse is seen keeping a subtle and clever smile as she is seen in a saree and earrings. She is also seen playing with a yellow marigold flower thread.Earlier, Sreeleela was set to play the female lead however, reports suggest that she exited the project due to scheduling conflicts. Sreeleela had already shot a couple of scenes from the film and her exit later might have led to some disruption in the shooting process. The makers also shared a brand new poster from ‘Lenin’ featuring Akhil Akkineni and with the poster, they announced that the first single of the film will be released on January 5th. The post also revealed that the movie is set to release during the summer of 2026. Akhil Akkineni also shared the poster and wrote, “Happy new year to you all! Let’s make 2026 a year to remember.
