In one of the pictures shared by Namrata Shirodkar in her Instagram stories, Mahesh Babu and his family are seen posing with their close ones. The ‘Varanasi’ star is seen donning a red t-shirt and a pair of blue jeans, going well with the theme of the party. He is also seen with long hair and a beard as he is working on the upcoming SS Rajamouli directorial. The picture also includes their two kids, son Gautam and daughter Sitara. The siblings are seen twining as they are seen wearing a maroon outfit for the evening. Meanwhile, Namrata Shirodkar is seen in black attire.
She also posted multiple pictures from the party with friends and family members, wishing fans a Merry Christmas.
About ‘Varanasi’
Speaking of his upcoming movie, ‘Varanasi,’ it is a mythological action adventure thriller that features Mahesh Babu, who is likely to be playing the role of a traveller inspired by Indiana Jones and Lord Ram. His name in the film is Rudhra, who has a huge muscular body.
It stars global icon Priyanka Chopra as Mandakini and Malayalam star Prithviraj Sukumaran as main antagonist Kumbha in the lead role. The film also features Prakash Raj.
The film's music will be composed by M. M. Keeravani, and the film has a budget of over Rs 1300 crore. The movie will be released in 2027.

The film’s title and teaser were released during a grand Globetrotter event where Mahesh Babu said, "This is a dream project, a once-in-a-lifetime project. I will work as hard for it as possible. I will make everyone proud. Most importantly, I'll make my director proud. When Varanasi releases, India will be proud of us."
