'Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu' release: Director Anil Ravipudi says Nayanthara, ‘does what she strongly believes in’ after actress makes rare appearance during film’s promotions

After receiving blockbuster success last Sankranti with the release of ‘Sankranthiki Vasthunam’, director Anil Ravipudi is coming with another release this year with Megastar Chiranjeevi and Nayanthara in 'Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu'. As the film is set to hit the big screens tomorrow, the makers had an interaction with the media ahead of its release.As per a report by IANS, the female Nayanthara made an appearance during the film’s promotions. Anil Ravipudi has been actively interacting with the media. During one such interaction, the director spoke about Nayanthara’s rare appearance in the film’s promotions.When asked about it, Anil Ravipudi shared that his priority has always been to make every actor and technician feel comfortable on his sets. According to him, building a genuine emotional connection makes a big difference. “When we ask for something genuinely, when an emotional connection is made, even those who would never do it will definitely do it,” he said. "I think the same happened in Nayanthara's case. Nayanthara is very honest. She does what she feels like doing. When she strongly believes in something, she definitely does it," he added.Further talking about the film, Anil Ravipudi also shared that the film is an emotional family entertainer. He mentioned that the film will be a strong emotional ride. “The scenes between Chiranjeevi, Nayanthara and the children will be very heartwarming," he said.'Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu' is set to release on January 12, 2026 and interestingly will also feature another Tollywood veteran, Venkatesh Daggubati, making a special appearance. The film marks a collaboration between the two Telugu legends, Chiranjeevi and Venkatesh Daggubati.The movie is set to be a family entertainer with Chiranjeevi playing an NIA agent and Nayanthara, who comes from a wealthy family. The movie also stars Catherine Tresa, VTV Ganesh, and Sharat Saxena, among others.
