'Manchu brothers’ unexpected social media exchange seizes attention; Vishnu wishes Manoj for 'Mirai,' sparking reunion buzz
The Manchu family has been in the news for the past 10 months due to various family issues. However, on the occasion of the release of Mirai on September 12, Manchu Vishnu expressed his congratulations. “Congratulations on the film Mirai, may God bless you,” he posted. His brother Manchu Manoj immediately replied, “Thank you so much, Anna. From team #Mirai, alias #BlackSword.”

Family rift that began with complaints

This seemingly casual conversation became a huge debate on social media, with many speculating that it could have reunited the two estranged brothers. In fact, Manchu Manoj filed a complaint against his father, Mohan Babu, in December last year, bringing the family dispute to light. In particular, reports emerged that property and property rights issues caused conflicts between Vishnu and Manoj.

Mohan Babu controversy and unresolved tensions

The situation then worsened. While Manoj was protesting outside his house, allegations were made that Mohan Babu locked his grandson inside the house. The incident received a lot of media attention. It was also alleged that Mohan Babu had assaulted a journalist, which also created legal problems. Thus, it is not clear whether the family issues have been resolved yet.

'Mirai’ gains momentum at the box office

In this situation, the release of 'Mirai,' which stars Manchu Manoj and Teja Sajja, has received a good response from the audience. Directed by Karthik Gattamneni, it is a mythological tale centered on nine sacred scriptures, weaving around the quest to protect them from the clutches of dark and destructive forces. Gowra Hari composed the music, and the film has been released in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, and Malayalam languages. The film reportedly earned over Rs 12 crore on its opening day to get a strong start, and the film is likely to see a rise during the weekend.
