Prabhas will be seen in the upcoming horror comedy film, ‘The Raja Saab’, directed by
Maruthi, starring
Nidhhi Agerwal, Malavika Mohanan and Riddhi Kumar. Recently, during the film’s pre-release event, the captain of the ship shared confidence with fans that the movie would not be a disappointment.
What did Maruthi say?
As per a report by Hindustan Times, ‘The Raja Saab’ director Maruthi made a bold statement at the pre-release event of the film. He said, “If even 1% of you are disappointed in the film both Rebel Star fans and family, you can come to my house and question me – Villa No. 17, Kolla Luxuria, Kondapur!” Prabhas who was standing on the stage with the director, smiled when he heard this. Fans clapped and shouted loudly.

While speaking on the stage, Maruthi got overwhelmed with emotions and broke down in tears as he thanked Prabhas. He shared that those tears came from the pressure and the stress he had throughout the making of the film, as per Gulte. Seeing him, Prabhas joined him and comforted him with a hug.
His heartfelt speech became one of the biggest highlights of the entire event. The strong belief he showed in Prabhas and in his own work has now pushed expectations even higher.
About ‘The Raja Saab’
‘The Raja Saab’ trailer shows Prabhas ina dual role, one is seen as a happy-go-lucky man who seems to inherit a haunted house and is also seen in an aged look who looks to have supernatural powers. The film features Riddhi Kumar, Malavika Mohanan and Nidhhi Agerwal as female leads. Bollywood Star Sanjay Dutt appears as a menacing antagonist with supernatural powers. The supporting cast includes Boman Irani, Zarina Wahab and comedians like Brahmanandam and Vennela Kishore.
The film is set to release in multiple languages on January 9th.
