Tollywood star Ram Charan insisted on featuring in Salman Khan's song 'Yentamma' from 'Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan'. After a casual chat, Charan arrived on set with his costume, eager to share the frame with Salman and Venkatesh. This enthusiastic gesture led to his memorable appearance in the hit track.
Bollywood’s Bhaijaan, Salman Khan, is celebrating his 60th birthday today. The superstar is being admired by thousands of fans and fellow stars across the country. Here's a throwback to the time when Tollywood star Ram Charan was imperative on being a part of his song from his 2023 film, ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’.

How did Ram Charan land in the song?

Salman Khan made a special appearance in Telugu megastar Chiranjeevi’s 2022 ‘Godfather’ in which he starred as an ally of the actor. During one of the promotional events of the film, the ‘Wanted’ actor revealed an interesting story.

According to a report by News24online, Salman Khan shared that during a casual conversation while they were shooting ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’, the ‘RRR’ star expressed his desire to be a part of the film. “So, we were shooting in Hyderabad, and Venky (Venkatesh) was there with me during shooting. He (Ram Charan) came to see me. He said I want to do this. He said I want to be with you and I want to be with Venky in the same frame. I thought he was just kidding. I told him we will talk about it tomorrow,” Salman Khan said.

Ram Charan came early on the set

The ‘Kick’ actor then revealed that Ram Charan showed up early on the set and was fully prepared with his costume.
He said, “Tomorrow, he got his costume, and he was there before us. I said ‘What are you doing here?’ He said ‘I want to be here’. I said, ‘we love you and we want you to be here. But is it okay for you to be here?’ He said yeah. That’s how he came into the film and we had a great time shooting.”Ram Charan later joined Venkatesh Daggubati and Salman Khan in the song, 'Yentamma'.On the current work front, Ram Charan will be seen in the upcoming sports action drama ‘Peddi’, which will release on March 27, 2026. On the other hand, Salman Khan will be seen in the war action drama, ‘Battle of Galwan’.
