According to a report by News24online, Salman Khan shared that during a casual conversation while they were shooting ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan’, the ‘RRR’ star expressed his desire to be a part of the film. “So, we were shooting in Hyderabad, and Venky (Venkatesh) was there with me during shooting. He (Ram Charan) came to see me. He said I want to do this. He said I want to be with you and I want to be with Venky in the same frame. I thought he was just kidding. I told him we will talk about it tomorrow,” Salman Khan said.
Ram Charan came early on the set
The ‘Kick’ actor then revealed that Ram Charan showed up early on the set and was fully prepared with his costume.
He said, “Tomorrow, he got his costume, and he was there before us. I said ‘What are you doing here?’ He said ‘I want to be here’. I said, ‘we love you and we want you to be here. But is it okay for you to be here?’ He said yeah. That’s how he came into the film and we had a great time shooting.”
Ram Charan later joined Venkatesh Daggubati and Salman Khan in the song, 'Yentamma'.
On the current work front, Ram Charan will be seen in the upcoming sports action drama ‘Peddi’, which will release on March 27, 2026. On the other hand, Salman Khan will be seen in the war action drama, ‘Battle of Galwan’.
