Ustaad Bhagat Singh is a tribute to Pawan Kalyan garu by Harish.” Speaking more about the film, the trailer shows Pawan Kalyan as Bhagat Singh. He plays a strong and honest police officer. His character is brave and fights against injustice. Many scenes show him beating goons and standing up for the people.
