Vijay Deverakonda invites little fan for special lunch treat after marrying Rashmika Mandanna; asks, ‘Tell me your favourite food’

Telugu stars Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda got married in a beautiful wedding ceremony in Udaipur on 26 February. The wedding was an intimate and grand event, attended by only family members and close friends.

Soon after the wedding, a small fan of Vijay Deverakonda posted a cute message online. The little girl asked her favourite actor why she was not invited to the wedding. She wrote, “Am I not your fan too? What about us?” Her sweet question quickly became popular on social media.

Vijay Deverakonda noticed the little girl’s message and replied to her in the comments. His reply made many fans smile. He wrote, “Bujjithallii.. intiki pilustha lunch ki.. Nee favourite food and sweets naku cheppu, anni intlo cheppinchi manchiga thindamu.” The message means he will invite the little fan to his home for lunch. He also asked her to tell him her favourite food and sweets so everything can be cooked at home. Fans loved his kind and friendly reply. Many people praised the actor for being so sweet to the child.

Couple distributed sweets across the nation

After their wedding, the newlywed couple shared a special message with their fans. They said that on March 1, they would send “trucks filled with love and sweets” across the country to celebrate their marriage and receive blessings from fans. Later, the sweets were distributed across multiple cities.



The couple later hosted a big reception in Hyderabad on 4 March. Friends and co-stars from the film industry attended the event. During the event, Vijay Deverakonda wore a cream kurta and dhoti. Meanwhile, Rashmika Mandanna looked beautiful in a red and gold saree. She also wore heavy gold jewellery and sindoor. The couple smiled and greeted everyone who came to celebrate with them.

Before the couple officially announced their relationship, they had been rumoured to be together for a long time. They got engaged in a small ceremony in October last year. They only confirmed their relationship and engagement when they officially announced their wedding in February.
