Manchu Manoj gets engaged

Actor Manchu Manoj got engaged to his sweetheart Pranathi Reddy in a glittering ceremony which was held on Wednesday morning in a star hotel in Hyderabad. Several politicians and actors including Sushil Kumar Shinde, Chandrababu Naidu, YS Jagan, Ramoji Rao, Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan, Simbu, Taapsee and a host of others graced the do. Here's a brief glimpse of the turn of events which happened at the engagement ceremony

Lakshmi Manchu's daughter, Vidya Nirvana was the cynosure of all eyes at the ceremony. Actress Taapsee spent a good part of the morning playing with the toddler.

Taapsee and Lakshmi Manchu were spotted posing for a picture in the midst of the ceremony. The two have known each other for more than five years and it's a well-known fact that Taapsee is close to the entire Manchu family.
