JEE Main Result 2022 session 1 LIVE Updates: NTA JEE Result announced, Jasti Yashwanth of Telangana tops; Get direct link, topper list, cut-off and more
JEE Main Result 2022 Session 1 LIVE Updates: The National Testing Agency has announced the JEE Main 2022 session 1 results today. The result is available on the official websites -- jeemain.nta.nic.in and ntaresults.nic.in. JEE Main April Session Final Answer Key was released last week. The engineering entrance exam was conducted from June 24 to 30, 2022. Lakhs of candidates were waiting for their results to be declared. After JEE Main results are declared, qualified candidates will be eligible to apply for IIT JEE Advanced. Shortlisted candidates will be able to apply for IIITs, NITs and other government-aided technical institutions to participate in JoSAA counselling. JEE Mains: AIR after Session 2
Candidates should note that the All India Rank will be compiled and declared after the conduct of Session 2 of JEE (Main) - 2022 Examination. Therefore, with this result, not rank has been released.

JEE Main: How to get the final scorecard
A copy of the Final Scorecard of JEE (Main) – 2022 will be sent to the registered e-mail address of the Candidates. This will comprise of the NTA scores obtained by the candidate in Session 1, NTA scores obtained in Session 2, and NTA scores for those who appeared in both sessions (best of the two Total NTA scores). The rank shall comprise All India rank and All India category rank.

JEE Main 2022: NTA Score for Session 1 of Paper 2A (B. Arch) or Paper 2B (B. Planning)
Since Session 1 of JEE (Main) - 2022 Paper-2A (B. Arch) or Paper-2B (B. Planning) will be conducted in multi-shifts, NTA scores will be calculated corresponding to the raw (actual) marks obtained by a candidate. The calculated NTA scores for all the shifts will be declared on the NTA website(s). This will comprise of the NTA scores for each of the three parts (Mathematics, Aptitude Test and Drawing Test or Planning Based Test) and the total in Paper 2A (B. Arch) or Paper 2B (B. Planning) of Session 1 of JEE (Main) – 2022.

JEE Main result: NTA scores and rank
The NTA scores and rank of B.E./B.Tech of JEE (Main) – 2022 for all candidates who appeared in Session 1 as well as in Session 2 for JEE (Main) - 2022 will be declared on the NTA website(s). This shall comprise of the NTA scores obtained by the candidate in Session 1, NTA scores obtained in Session 2, and NTA scores for those who appeared in both sessions (best of the two Total NTA scores) along with the status of those who qualify for appearing in JEE (Advanced) – 2022 provided and subject to other conditions of eligibility being met. The rank shall comprise the All India Rank (AIR) and All India category rank.

JEE Main Result 2022: JEE Advanced next month
Once the JEE Main 2022 final result is declared, the top 2.5 lakh candidates will be eligible to apply for JEE Advanced examination. The JEE Advanced 2022 will be conducted on August 28, 2022, and the result will be declared on September 11, 2022.

JEE Main Result 2022: Display of result including overall Merit List/ Ranking of Paper 1
The NTA scores for each of the candidates in Total in B.E./B.Tech for Session 1 as well as for Session 2 of JEE (Main) - 2022 will be merged for compilation of results and preparation of overall Merit List/ Ranking. The best of the two NTA Scores (Total) will be considered for further processing for those candidates who appeared in both sessions.
In case of a tie, i.e. when two or more candidates obtain equal Total NTA Score in JEE (Main)-2022, inter-se merit of such candidates shall be determined as per “Method of resolving ties”.

JEE Mains Result 2022: Cut-off marks
The NTA will not release the cut-off marks today. The JEE Main 2022 cut-off marks will only be released at the time of publishing the JEE Mains 2022 result for session 2. However, we are sharing the 2021 cut-off list for the candidates, they can check and get some idea of their chances of getting selected into premier institutes.

Step 4: JEE Main 2022 Result for Session 1 will be displayed on the screen.
Step 5: Candidates can download the JEE Main Result 2022 and save it for further use.

NTA Score for Session 1 of Paper-1 (B.E. /B.Tech.)
Since the Session 1 of JEE (Main) - 2022 B.E./B.Tech was conducted in multi-shifts, NTA scores has been calculated corresponding to the raw (actual) marks obtained by a candidate. Registration for JEE Advanced will commence on August 7, 2022 and the last date to apply online is August 11, 2022.
