Tribal people of Jharkhand offered special prayers in Ranchi for the successful landing of Chandrayaan-3's Lander Module on the Moon on Wednesday. A special prayer was offered to "Sarna Maa", the god of the tribal people of Jharkhand for the successful landing of Chandrayaan-3.

"It is a proud moment for India because the emphasis has been given to engineering technology in the country since independence...I want to give my best wishes to the scientists and I pray for the success of Chandrayaan-3," the senior AAP leader said.

Special prayers were offered at the Ajmer Sharif dargah, a Sufi shrine of Moinuddin Chishti in Rajasthan's Ajmer for the successful landing of Chandrayaan-3's Lander Module on Moon. Member of Anjuman Syed Jadgan and President of Garib Nawaz Khidmat Foundation Syed Imran Chishti organized the special prayer ceremony on Tuesday.

While talking to ANI about the mission, Annadurai said, "So far so good and we expect as per plan 'A' today we must be able to land. Like anyone else, I am also eagerly waiting.”

People in several parts of Delhi on Wednesday held special prayers at temples, mosques and gurudwaras for the successful landing of Chandrayaan-3 lander module on the moon. Union Housing and Urban Affairs Minister Hardeep Singh Puri along with others joined a special "Ardas" held at Bangla Sahib Gurudwara here to pray for the success of the mission.
