Blends that actually work

If you’re someone dealing with thinning bald spots at the back of your crown in your 20s, you need the right oil combinations to stimulate dormant follicles and improve hair growth. The process starts with better scalp health and a consistent routine. Oils are not a miracle cure for balding conditions such as alopecia areata, but they boost scalp circulation over time and provide intense nourishment. Let’s see some hair oil combinations that can help in rapid hair growth over time.

2/5

Castor and coconut oil

Castor oil is rich in ricinoleic acid, which boosts blood circulation, and coconut oil penetrates deep inside the locks, strengthening your hair roots. You must apply this to sparse patches and weak follicles by mixing 1 tablespoon of castor oil and 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Gently massage it into the bald areas and leave it overnight.

Rosemary and almond oil

Rosemary oil is known to have qualities of minoxidil, whereas almond oil contains vitamin E. This combination is great for new growth in early bald spots. Just start with 5 to 6 drops of rosemary oil and then add 2 tablespoons of almond oil to it. Blend it and apply this at least 4 times a week.

Onion and black seed oil

In this combination, onion oil boosts the keratin production, and black seed oil reduces the inflammation and hair fall issues. It is best for bald patches that are caused by breakage and intense hair fall. So, just mix equal parts of it, apply it directly on the scalp, and leave it for 1 hour after massaging. You can wash it later on with a good shampoo and conditioner combination.

Mustard and fenugreek oil

Mustard oil increases the blood flow, whereas fenugreek or methi oil is known for strengthening the roots and reducing hair shedding. It is best for stubborn bald patches and also helps in the slow regrowth process. You must first warm both oils slightly and then gently massage them twice a week. Be consistent with the process for 5-6 months and see the change.
