Most stunning looks from New York Fashion Week

From Thom Browne's love story on the ramp to Carolina Herrera's whimsical dresses, here are some of the looks which stood out at New York Fashion Week.

Designer Rebecca Hessel Cohen presented an uber-feminine show with a blast of florals and prints. She also brought that rock n roll vibe to her collection. It had Hessel Cohen's Victorian-esque dresses dominating the runway. The overall show looked quite dreamy.

Brandon Maxwell celebrated Valentine's Day on the ramp in an assortment of semiformal wear. It was a love letter to the modern day boss girl. There were a lot of monochromatic looks, bold dresses and leather outfits.

Its creative director Wes Gordon has made the brand a champion of traditional formalwear. This season, it saw some fanciful drapes and silhouettes which looked effortlessly feminine. The brand's signature ball skirts were also seen this season but with a little twist and upgrade.

Thom Browne decide to deliver a story on the ramp and had planets and stars hanging from the ceiling. Speaking to Vogue, the designer said, "for me the shows are pure creativity, I don’t think about the business and commerce at all." The designer also normalised kilt for men this season with almost all his front row male attendees wearing kilts from his collection.
