It is a rich, aromatic tea-time cake made with mawa (khoya), flour, eggs, butter, and sugar, flavored with cardamom. Originating from Parsi bakeries in Mumbai, it’s known for its dense yet soft texture and mildly sweet taste.

Bebinca


It is a traditional Goan layered dessert with Portuguese roots, often called the Queen of Goan Sweets. It is made with coconut milk, eggs, flour, ghee, and sugar, It's a popular dessert at the time of Christmas, weddings, and festive celebrations in Goa and is traditionally baked in a clay oven.

Ande Ki Kheer


As the name suggests, it is a pudding made with milk, eggs, sugar, cardamom, and ghee, it’s often garnished with almonds, pistachios, and saffron. It is a North Indian dessert where eggs are gently cooked in sweetened milk to create a custard-like, grainy texture. As per experts, the key is to add the beaten eggs slowly into hot milk.
