Design: It is flat and wide and comes with a slightly sharp edge to slide under food easily.
Purpose: It is best used for flipping pancakes, burgers, and omelettes.

Design: This variety of spatula has a long, thin blade and comes with a bent handle for better handling.
Purpose: It is used for spreading icing on cakes or lifting delicate baked goods.

Design: Also known as rubber spatula, it is very flexible, heat-resistant and is gentle on cookware.
