How to add coconut water to daily meals

It is a natural source of nutrition and hydration and makes for a refreshing drink, which is loaded with electrolytes like potassium, magnesium, and sodium, and helps keep the body hydrated and supports muscle and nerve function—making it an ideal post-workout beverage. As per the Journal of Pharmaceutical Research International, a study titled Coconut Water: A Review on Its Health Benefits, Pharmacological Properties and Traditional Uses says, its low calorie and high antioxidant content aid in detoxification, boost skin health, and support digestion. While we all know that one can drink the water on its own, there are other ways of consuming it as well. Scroll down to find seven ways of adding coconut water to daily meals.
