To make this easy recipe, boil 4 medium sweet potatoes until fork-tender, then mash with 2 tbsp ghee, 1 tsp cumin powder, grated ginger, and a pinch of black salt. Sauté mustard seeds in ghee for tempering, pour over the mash, and finish with chopped coriander.

To make this delight, begin with sauting 1 chopped onion and 2 minced garlic cloves in 1 tbsp coconut oil, add 500g diced sweet potatoes, 1-inch grated ginger, and 4 cups veggie broth.Simmer for 20 minutes, blend smooth, and stir in a dash of turmeric and black pepper for anti-inflammatory magic.
