Gaggan, Thailand
Gaggan, crowned Asia’s best restaurant in 2025, is renowned for its avant-garde approach to fine dining, blending progressive Indian cuisine with global influences. Accepting the award in Seoul, South Korea, on Tuesday evening, chef Anand Gaggan said, “From the beginning, our restaurant has been about more than just me—it’s about Asia. Everyone here is a winner. Today, I stand on the podium, but next time, it could be any one of us from this region.”
The Chairman and Wing, Hong Kong
The Chairman and Wing claimed second and third place, respectively, each climbing two spots from last year’s fourth and fifth positions. Adding to the accolades, Wing’s chef Vicky Cheng (ranked No. 3) was also honored with the prestigious peer-voted Chefs’ Choice Award.

Led by British chef Daniel Calvert, this neo-French restaurant made an immediate impression when it opened in July 2021 on the seventh floor of the Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi.
