Healthy Chocolate Protein Oat Pancake

Actress Rashmika Mandana and Vijay Deverakonda are all set to tie the knot in a scenic setup in Udaipur. In her latest Instagram Story, Rashmika offered a glimpse into an exquisitely curated dinner setting — and it’s nothing short of dreamy. As per reports, the pre-wedding dinner was all about healthy Japanese courses and no wonder the actress has always been vocal about her healthy eating habits. In her Instagram videos, she often shares her healthy eating habits. For instance, her all-time favourite, Chocolate Protein Oat Pancakes. Ingredients required


1 small banana, 1 full egg, 1 egg white, 3 dates, 2 tbsp almond milk, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder, 3 tbsp oats, 1 scoop chocolate whey powder, and 1 tbsp ghee

Step 1


Add sliced bananas to a blender jar.

To this, add 1 full egg and 1 egg white.

Next, add de-seeded dates and almond milk.

Add chocolate whey powder, cinnamon powder, and oats.

As a final step, add baking powder, cover the lid, and blend all the ingredients into a batter of pouring consistency.

Heat a non-stick pan and grease it with ghee/oil. Pour a ladle of batter in the shape of a pancake.

Cook the pancake on both sides evenly and serve fresh with a topping of fruit of your choice.
