What is low-fat diet?

There are so many dietary plans available today. Different nutritionists and dieticians come up with new diet charts every other day. There is one particular diet which has still remained popular because it has worked for a great number of people. That is the low-fat diet. Many research studies have come out to suggest that polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats not only help in losing weight but also regulating hypertension too. Low-fat diet is all about restricting the daily consumption of dietary fat from both the plant and animal sources in a manner which is healthy. Similarly, you should include such vegetables as broccoli, cauliflower, and turnips in your diet plan for similar reasons.
