​How to make Methi Water

Ingredients required- ½ tsp Methi seeds and 1¼ cup of water.

Method-

  • Add water and Methi seeds to a pan and keep on high flame.
  • Let the water come to a boil.
  • Now lower the flame to medium-high and let it simmer until the water reduces to 1 cup.
  • Turn off the flame and pour the water along with the seeds into a glass.
  • Cover the glass with a lid and let it sit aside overnight or for 6 hours at least.
  • Drink this Methi seeds water the first thing in the morning on an empty stomach after straining it.
