Making food fun to eat

Everyone likes to start their day on a healthy note, and a healthy cereal does the trick for most people. Cereals can be nutritious, they provide health benefits, they are tasty, and they are wholesome. The problem with cereals however, is that they tend to get monotonous since its standard consumption with milk can get repetitive. Muesli is one of the healthiest and most loved breakfast cereals, but again, it tends to become a tedious dish when had the same way regularly. To help make muesli a more fun and interesting cereal, here are some easy muesli recipes you can make yourself.

2/5

Toasted muesli with almonds and dark chocolate

Add muesli, almonds, salt, and cinnamon into a bowl. Mix the ingredients, add maple syrup, vanilla extract, coconut oil, and continue mixing. Pour the mixture on baking sheets, and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes. Once ready, add chocolate chips, and your Toasted muesli with almonds and dark chocolate is ready. You can add other toppings like banana and berries to enhance the taste.

3/5

Muesli cake

Mix muesli, oats, ragi chips, raisins and apple juice in a bowl. Keep aside till the contents are soaked into the juice, then sift baking powder, baking soda, and flour, and set aside. In another bowl, combine eggs and caster sugar, and pour this mixture over it. Whisk swiftly and transfer to a cake tin, making sure the surface is smooth, and garnish the mixture with walnuts. Bake the mixture at 180 degrees celsius for about thirty minutes, and once done, take it out and let it cool. Your muesli cake is now ready.

4/5

Muesli breakfast milkshake

Chop a banana, crush walnuts and almonds to powder, chop a small apple, and along with a suitable quantity of muesli, put the ingredients in a grinder. Blend well, and add crushed ice. Pour the drink into a glass, and you are ready to start your day with a glass of energizing potion.

5/5

Almond butter muesli bar

Bake one cup of almonds at 180 degrees Celsius for ten minutes or until they turn golden. Take out the almonds, and once cooled, grind them till they start releasing oil, which should be in around ten minutes. Once it becomes a thick paste, transfer the mixture in a bowl. Grind figs, and add them in a bowl along with muesli, vanilla extract, almond butter and mix properly. Combine this with the almond mixture and refrigerate for half an hour. After that cut the mixture into a shape and size of your liking and serve and enjoy.
