Priyanka Chopra's love for Pani Puri and Eggs

In a recent Instagram story, when actress Priyanka Chopra asked her husband to pick her favourite out of makeup, ice cream, panipuri, and flowers, he chose pani puri and the actress reshared his reply and wrote, "Haha..Guess he knows me well." Well pani puri is surely the first love of every Indian and the desi girl is no exception. But, when it comes to healthy eating, she takes her micros and macros quite seriously. In a YouTube video, the desi girl shared an interesting 9-ingredient Stuffed Omelette recipe, which is rich in vitamins and other essential nutrients as well and she loves to begin her day with it quite often. Ingredients required



4 eggs, 2 sausages, 4-6 button mushrooms, 2 green chillies, 4 tbsp cheese, 3 tbsp butter, 1/4 cup milk, salt to taste, black pepper to taste, 2 tbsp tamarind chutney, and 2 bread slices

Step 1



Break the eggs in a deep mixing bowl.

Add milk and beat them well. Next, add salt and pepper, and whisk again.

Heat butter in a pan and sauté sausages along with mushrooms.

Next, add the beaten eggs on top, and also add chopped green chillies.

Now, add cheese on top and cook for 2–3 minutes. Flip and cook on the other side too.

Apply butter and toast the bread slices on the same pan.

Apply tamarind chutney and serve with Stuffed Omelette. One can also add roasted veggies and fries on the side.
