The festival madness is over and now it's time to detox and shed those extra calories and toxins from the body that you gained during Holi indulgence. According to experts, excess of anything is not good, and festive indulgence is no exception. So, after the deep-fried gujiyas, dahi vada, malpua, and more, it's time to give your body a break. To do so, the best approach is to follow a 24-hour detox meal plan. Here we have curated one for you to try. Take a look.
