Sara Tendulkar recently made headlines for her radiant ethnic looks during her brother Arjun's wedding. The star kid has always been known for her healthy lifestyle choices, fitness and healthy eating practices. She often shares glimpses of her diet via her official Instagram handle. From protein-rich summer drinks, to eggs and brown toast, she prefers all things homemade and is disciplined about her fitness routine as well. Mango & Pineapple Protein Smoothie


As per her post, it's a pina colada that went to the gym. To make it, you need 1 cup frozen mango & pineapple, 1 tsp ground flax seeds, 1 tsp shredded dry coconut, 1 tsp soaked chia seeds, 1 scoop vanilla whey protein, ½ cup coconut water, and a dash of coconut milk. Blend them together and your protein smoothie is ready.

Matcha Protein Smoothie


According to Sara's post, this smoothie offers over 30g of protein, with matcha and is good for skin too. To make it, you need 1-2 pitted dates, 1 scoop vanilla protein, 1 scoop collagen peptides, 1 tsp matcha powder, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1-2 tbsp unsweetened almond butter, and a few ice cubes. Blend them together and enjoy!

Taro Milk Tea with Tapioca


Sara Tendulkar is known for her love for coffee and tea. She once shared her love for Taro Milk Tea with Tapioca on Instagram. And to make it at home, you need to boil water and add tapioca pearls to it. In the meantime, combine water and sugar to make simple syrup. Soak the boba in simple syrup for 60 minutes. Then, make the tea by boiling 2 cups of water, and then brew jasmine tea for 5 minutes. Next, add taro powder and stir until dissolved. Add ice to a cocktail shaker and pour in the taro tea. Shake well. Scoop some boba into the serving glass, followed by ice, tea, milk, and cream. Stir well, and serve fresh.
