Bhoger Khichuri

Bhoger Khichuri is the quintessential Khichdi, which is prepared as an offering for Goddess Durga and is later distributed as a prasad. This khichdi recipe is made by tossing moong dal or chana dal in ghee and is cooked with a melange of rice, veggies, herbs and spices. This delightful khichdi is usually served with Labra, Beguni and Payesh.
