I think she is correct except for the alcohol drink. Genetically a group of humans are resistant to effects of alcohol better than others,but this doesn't mean alcohol has no deleterious effects. In fact if she skipped the alcohol she could have added 10 more years to her life span. Again she missed out one important thing,a," diet rich in antioxidants". These natural foods help the liver to fight inflammation thereby prolonging long life indeed.
