Try Virat Kohli’s nutritious salad at home

Virat Kohli is a fitness freak as well as a foodie at heart. So how does he balance the two? Kohli finds recipes that are delicious as well as healthy and not calorie-dense. One such is a super interesting and delicious salad which he absolutely loves, also a part of the “Virat’s Favourite “ from the menu at his restaurant One8 Commune in Delhi.

The salad is filling and yet light, loaded with a variety of flavourful ingredients –such as fruits, veggies, oil, nuts and seeds. It is also loaded with healthy fats and has a high water content. Given the ingredients, the salad also looks good for weight-watchers, who can enjoy it as a delicious meal without worrying about the calories. It is also easy to prepare, which means you can try this recipe at home and also share it with your loved ones.
