Exercise addiction is real!

Celebrities spend a lot of time sweating it out in the gym. After all, you need to work harder and longer to maintain the body which everybody admires. Newbie actress Janhvi Kapoor, who made her debut with Dhadak, understands this too well. While it is good that the actress is spending a lot of time in the gym, it seems like her addiction to workout has gone a bit too far.

Janhvi recently shared on her Instagram account a screen grab of Boney Kapoor teasing her about her addiction to working out at the gym and shared a study related to the same. To this, Janhvi replied with a facepalm emoji.

A gym lover!

We all know Janhvi Kapoor is a pro at keeping fit. Even before she actually started her Bollywood career, she was noticed by the paparazzi out and about going to the gym. She also started training under popular celebrity trainer, Yasmin Karachiwala. There are a lot of videos on social media where she can be seen practising swift moves and intense push-ups, giving us total goals! Workout regime

Even if the news of her gym addiction didn’t come to light, it is no secret that Jahnvi is one to never skip the gym, no matter what. She works out regularly and practices cardio and weightlifting. Even on her off days, she keeps herself busy by jogging or swimming at home. She also tried her hands at functional training, which helps her perfect her dance routines as well. In a video which was later deleted from Instagram, Janhvi was seen doing a quick 5-minute workout to get six-pack abs.

High on energy always!

As her trainer herself said, Janhvi actually has exceptional energy and whenever she comes to the gym, it is almost hard not to get caught by her fitness bug.

Practicing portion control

Janhvi loves eating and hence, she isn't very strict about her diet plan. Instead, she believes in eating healthy portions, fruits and vegetables everyday. She likes to have a little bit of everything in her meal plans. She also makes sure to begin her day with a few glasses of water, which flushes out the toxins and germs from her body.

Janhvi loves homemade food!

While on shoots, she often carries homemade food with her which usually has brown rice, chicken sandwich, legumes and salads. On days she has a hectic schedule ahead of her, she drinks vegetable juices to get the required nutrients to stay energised naturally.

This is Janhvi's big fitness secret

One secret which you would want to take away from Janvi is eating your dinner at least 3 hours before hitting the bed. As for the dinner, Jahnvi keeps it light and likes to have vegetable soups, boiled veggies, grilled fish or daal.
