An easy way to manage your cholesterol level

High cholesterol level is a common health problem that can lead to other chronic and fatal diseases. When the cholesterol level rises to a dangerous level, it may clog the arteries leading to heart disease, stroke, and peripheral vascular disease. It may also give way to other metabolic conditions like high blood pressure and diabetes. Fortunately, the condition is reversible and there are several things you may do to reduce the adverse effect of prolonged high cholesterol levels; one of such methods is tweaking your daily shower habit.

What happens in the case of high cholesterol levels?

Cholesterol is a wax-like substance found in the blood. It is required to build healthy cells, and carry out other functions of the body. But when the level of cholesterol in the blood increases to a dangerous level it starts getting deposited in your blood vessels. Over the time it can make it difficult for oxygenated and nutrient-rich blood to pass to all the organs. Sometimes, these deposits can break and form a clot that causes a heart attack or stroke. High cholesterol can be caused due to poor lifestyle choices like excessive intake of fatty foods and a sedentary lifestyle habit. In some cases, it can also be inherited.

How your shower habits can help

As per experts, taking cooler showers may help protect the heart. Taking shower in cool water can help to improve blood circulation by optimising blood flow. It can help to lower the blood pressure and also unclog the blocked arteries. That is because cold water encourages blood to surround the organs, which helps fight heart issues. Coldwater gets the blood pump efficiently, helping in unclogging the arteries and reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases. Moreover, taking a bath with cold water can also help to reduce fat accumulation in the body and can help to lose weight.

From my research, cholesterol is not the problem. It's seed oils that oxidised LDL. and cause it to be fluffy and sticky. This causes inflammation and that clogs the arteries. Do your research, don't believe the standard guidelines which are controlled by pharma and grain corporations.
