Pain is a disturbing sensation that is mostly caused by an intense stimulus. Whenever we experience pain in any part of our body our first instinct is to reach out for a pain reliever. Turmeric

This golden spice is mandatory in every Indian kitchen; it’s anti-inflammatory properties can do magic on your body. When mixed with milk turmeric heals body like nothing else. If you have ulcers in the mouth apply some turmeric paste with water and coconut oil over the affected area to get respite from it. It has antiseptic and antibiotic properties as well as its topical application on a wound can be helpful. It also gives relief in congestion due to flu.

Chewing clove or keeping it in the mouth for nausea helps relieve the symptoms if you are suffering from fungal infections; topical application of clove oil is very effective.
