Garner has shared a look at a recent home workout on her Instagram feed on 30th June 2022. The heartrending energy of the actress in the video can give goosebumps to many. She is seen jumping on top of two stacked plyometric boxes totaling 30 inches in height, before splitting up the boxes for lateral box jumps. Then she takes to a mini trampoline for a jump combo that includes a handstand with her knees bend. Garner then takes a dance break, she twirls around on top of one of the plyometric boxes. At the end of the video the agile 50-year-old does a series of sit-ups on trampoline combining them with jumping over a Pilates box.
