Include seasonal fruits like jamuns, plums, peaches, cherry, pears in your diet to maintain healthy body weight. Just because the monsoon is here and the weather is not as hot as it was in summers, does not mean that you will decrease your water intake. Drinking plenty of water is the key to lose weight. You can also try infused water, juices and herbal teas.
