​Ginger lemon water

  • Cut 1 inch of ginger into small pieces.

  • Add 1 cup water and 6-7 mint leaves in a pan.
  • Heat the water until it starts to boil.
  • Switch off the gas and add 2 tbsp green tea leaves.
  • Allow them to soak for about five minutes.
  • Remove the leaves with the help of a strainer and pour it into a cup.
  • Squeeze some lemon juice and mix. Drink while it is hot.

A slice of pineapple has only 42 calories, out of which just 4 percent is carbs. Pineapple is rich in manganese which regulates the metabolism of fat and carbohydrates, thus promoting weight loss.

  • Pour the juice into a glass and squeeze a lemon into it.
