Stop post-pregnancy hair loss

Just had a baby and trying to cope up with the new life. Well, while it's important to get used to this pleasant change, it's also important to take a little care of your body after all the wear and tear it has gone through. Most women concentrate on getting that lost sheen back on their faces and in the process they totally end up neglecting their hair. When a baby is born, the mother's estrogen levels start declining and hence the hair starts to fall out. And, if you have been struggling to maintain that mane, here's some serious help at hand. Here's a look at 5 ways to reverse that post pregnancy hair loss.
2/6

Egg white

If you don't have much time at hand, simply make a hair pack of an egg white and 3 tablespoons of olive oil. And, no prizes for guessing that you will be surprised at the outcome. One of the best hair conditioning treatments ever, this mixture will leave your hair enviably smooth and nourish your scalp to the hilt.
3/6

Fenugreek seeds

Fenugreek seeds or methi can help fight hair loss in the most magical way ever. All you have to do is soak some fenugreek seeds in water and leave them night. Next morning apply the strained water to the scalp next day and leave it for 2 hours. Not only would this water make your hair healthy, but it will also treat dandruff, if any.
4/6

Curd

An excellent hair tonic, curd is known to be one of the best conditioners for hair. Apply a small bowl of beaten curd to your scalp and leave it for 10 minutes and you will love your hair thereafter.
5/6

Coconut milk

While we swear by coconut oil to arrest hair fall, many people don't know how wondrous coconut milk can be in stopping hair fall and initiating hair growth. Regular use of coconut milk checks hair fall and increases the hair volume.
6/6

Bhringraj

Not difficult to find in the neighbourhood garden or a nearby nursery, bhringraj or false daisy is considered to be a magical herb to reverse hair fall. Take a handful of bhringraj leaves and grind them to a paste. Either apply the paste directly to your hair or mix it with milk, the magical potion works both ways.
