Tips for easier communication in bed

Women often find it awkward when it comes to communicating what they want in bed. They don’t know how to say it. So, to counter that problem, here are 5 ways that will be subtle and also communicate what you want and how you want certain things to be in bed.

2/6

Use memories

Talking about their sex fantasies can be a bit uncomfortable for some people. But when you refer to memories like certain sexy things they did, you felt or said, with your partner, it can be a conversation starter. You are not putting yourself out there that much yet you are saying it all.

3/6

The positives

Don’t be all negative in bed. Focus on the positives. Instead of pointing out the wrongs, suggest what can be done instead and what you enjoy. You want the pleasure too so why not take an onus too. Shower compliments when he does something right as well. Criticising never helped anyone.

4/6

Encourage the transaction of fantasies

It is a two way street when we talk about anything in life. To have better sex, it is not just you who much communicate. He too should tell you what he wants. Encourage him to tell you what he wants to do, what he likes, his fantasies etc.

5/6

Make noises too

Don’t just keep mum, express your pleasure through noises like groans and sighs too. They encourage the man in knowing what is making you feel good and where he is going right. If you cannot use words, groans are the best. It is a tame way of showing what makes you go wild. It does not make you feel conscious either. So try it out.

6/6

The power of “Yes

Another way to communicate without feeling awkward is that you say yes in the moments of passion. If he is doing something right, say yes… Just go with the flow and set your mind free. It will be easier to say it.
