Have certain fruits like bananas, figs and avocados that boost your libido and some dark chocolates, as they release chemicals phenylethylamine and serotonin into your body. These food items promote a healthy sex life as they increase the blood flow to the genitals. The vitamins and minerals released by the food items are good for your body.

Work on your self confidence because that can be a major factor behind your low libido. If you lobe your body, your confidence level grows three fold and that boosts not just personality but also your love for sex. Lack of exercise, and an unhealthy diet are some of the factors that influence your libido. It may even cause you to have a poor self image. If you are not confident, you will discourage yourself from exposing your body and it will instill many insecurities in you.

Two glasses of wine become a bit too much for everyday consumption and too much alcohol ruins your ability to perform, this is the case not just for men but women too. Just one glass of wine puts you at ease and it makes you want to get more experimentative with the intimacy level. It also affects your orgasm.
