Here's how get rid of negativity

Do you feel all sad, negative, downtrodden? It is time you do something for yourself and cleanse that negative aura around you. Uplift your mood, get into the groove by doing these 5 things at home. You do not have to be dependent on anyone so do it at your own time.

2/6

Meditating

Meditating everyday for a few minutes is always very helpful. You do not need another person to do it. When you feel low and lost, meditate because it helps fight negativity and cleanses your aura. It calms you down to a great extent.

3/6

Burning herbs

Not just just any herb, you have to burn dry herbs. There are many herbs available on the net today which help cleanse your aura. When you burn these fragrant herbs, they omit cleansing smoke that elevates your mood. It also works on the vibes at home and makes you feel positive.

4/6

Use salt

Use salt to sterilize anything with bad vibes. Sprinkle it in corners of your room, a little on the carpet, or even dissolve some in the water and then sprinkle that mixture in the air around you.

5/6

Use flowers

If you are not allergic to them, then place flowers in your room, bathroom, home if you can. The fragrance of flowers always does wonders to the aura and they make you feel positive.

6/6

Yoga

Get that yoga mat out and practice some yoga at home daily. It relaxes you and you get time for yourself. However, do not think of anything negative. Think of all happy things and it would be the best if you can empty your mind and just be there in the moment and think of only the movements you are making.
