They are settled and happily unmarried!

There are many celebs who are happily married but there are some who have shaken fans with the news of their divorce even after being married for more than a decade. However, there are some celebs who may have had their fair share of relationships or have adopted kids but are definitely not in the mood to tie the knot with anyone currently. Here are some celebs in their 40’s who are good with being unmarried and enjoy being single unless they meet someone worth it.

Salman Khan

There may have been umpteen marriage rumours when it comes to Salman Khan but even after being in several relationships, marriage is not what he wants. Whenever the press questions his single status and about settling down, Salman always has a different answer. Once in an interview the superstar said: “I don't believe in love at all. I don't think there's any reason for the word 'love' to exist. The word is 'need'. It depends on whose needs are more. Or who you might need at some point. But she may not need you at all. This can also turn the other way round when you don't need her sometimes. So, basically, the need has got to be equal at all times. Which may or may not happen”.

3/9

Karan Johar

He has two sweet kids and his mother and that is his small little family. Karan Johar however, has a set answer for marriage. He once said in an interview: "A happy marriage in the industry would really jolt me. I'd be like, 'You're a dinosaur, get out of here'”.

4/9

Rahul Khanna

He is uber handsome, women literally swoon around him and his Instagram is proof of that. The hunk is extremely secretive about his personal life and whether in a relationship or not the man does not seem to be in line for getting married anytime soon.

5/9

Dino Morea

The hunk in his 40s has a huge fan following and after making his appearance as a villain in “The Empire”, women have fallen in love with him all over again. He is a model, an entrepreneur and has had many affairs but marriage is not on the cards for the actor for now.

6/9

Rahul Bose

Actor Rahul Bose is not a firm believer in the institution of marriage. He once told the media that he does not “understand why getting married is equated with settling down in life. Marriage can be the most unsettling thing in life! I think I am well-settled and love seems like an illusion now. But I have been in love and have been in some wonderful relationships”.

7/9

Akshay Khanna

Not just his elder step-brother Rahul, even he is not much into getting married. He once told the media that any responsibility “scares” him. He said: “If I were to be responsible for a wife or a child, it would scare the shit out of me. I doubt it, I seriously doubt it. But you can never say never. As of today, I doubt it.”

8/9

Sushmita Sen

She has been in and out of relationships but marriage is nowhere on her mind. The actress loves to live her life as per her own rules and has become an inspiration for many given she is a mom of two. The actress proves that she does not need a man to have a family.

9/9

Ekta Kapoor

She has adopted a child and when asked about marriage by a media house, Ekta quipped that all her friends who were once married are now unmarried. She said: “I don’t have time for myself, if I get a couple of hours, I would like to go to a spa. I look forward to a one-day vacation with friends. I love my work, so I don’t crib. People tell me to give it up if you have such a problem with it. I won’t, I would get so bored. I’d rather be busy than bored”.
