They are good co-workers but as bosses they can be horrible. They are rather notorious as they exaggerate a lot. Even if they are doing a small task, they will show as if they have toiled hard under the sun and literally broken their back. They breed dark emotions out of habit and are never transparent. Leo
They make the worst bosses because they never compromise. They cannot take criticism as they interpret it as an insult against their character. You can rarely give them feedback because they cannot take it unless it is positive which makes it difficult to work with them.
