Here's what you can do

If you have a pet at home who sheds a lot, then you can easily relate to this issue. From our clothes to the furniture, carpet, and wherever your furry baby sits, hair is all over. If you are reading this in the shedding season, you must read up, see what you have not tried, and go for it.

2/7

Use a rubber glove

Put on a rubber glove and rub your hand over surfaces where pet hair collects. The hair will stick to the glove and can be easily peeled off and disposed of. There are several types of gloves available online, so invest in them and try.

3/7

Use a lint roller

Lint rollers are great for picking up pet hair from furniture, clothing, and other surfaces. Keep one handy in each room and use it frequently.

4/7

Use a squeegee

A squeegee can be an effective tool for removing pet hair from carpets and rugs. Simply run the squeegee over the surface in one direction and watch the hair gather in a clump.

5/7

Use a vacuum cleaner

Vacuum your floors, furniture, and curtains regularly to remove pet hair. Use the crevice tool to get into tight spaces, and consider investing in a vacuum cleaner with a pet hair attachment.

6/7

Use a damp sponge or cloth

Dampen a sponge or cloth and wipe it over surfaces to collect pet hair. Rinse the sponge or cloth frequently and wring it out well to ensure it remains damp.

7/7

Use a rubber broom

A rubber broom can be used to sweep up pet hair from hard floors. The rubber bristles will attract hair and they can be easily washed and dried after use.

Use a fabric softener sheet

Rub a fabric softener sheet over surfaces where pet hair collects to help loosen and pick up the hair.
