Lip-smacking Holi delicacies

<b>Fruit Chaat</b><br><br>Serves 4<b><br><br>Ingredients</b><br><br>2 cups papaya (papita) - cut into 1" pieces<br><br>1 apple - cut into 1/2" pieces with the peel<br><br>1/2 cup green or black grapes (angoor)<br><br>1/2 cup of cucumber (kheera) - cut into 1/2" pieces without the peel<br><br>1/2 tomato - cut into thin long pieces<br><br>1/2 banana (kela) - cut into round slices<br><br>1/2 kachaalu (yam) - boiled(optional)<br><br> 1 tbsp very finely chopped coriander ( optional)<br><br>3 1/2 tsp ready-made chat masala<br><br>1 tsp bhuna jeera powder (roasted cumin powder)<br><br>2 tbsp powdered sugar <br><br>Juice of 1 1/2 large lemons<br><br><b>Method</b><br><br>Boil kachalu in a pressure cooker. After one whistle, reduce heat and keep on low heat for 4-5 minutes. Remove from fire. Let it cool.<br><br> Peel the kachalu and cut it into 4 pieces lengthwise. Cut each slice widthwise into thin slices, to get small triangular slices.<br><br>Put it in a big bowl. Mix all vegetables and fruit in the bowl.<br><br>Sprinkle chat masala, bhuna jeera, powdered sugar. Squeeze lemon juice over it.<br><br> Toss lightly with a fork. Taste and adjust spices.
