Nassim Road is also referred to as Singapore’s “billionaire row.” It is the most prestigious and luxurious residential street in the country set close to the famous Singapore Botanic Gardens and Orchard Road. These regions are known for embassies and Good Class Bungalows. Properties here generally break and make records. A grand bungalow here at 33 Nassim Road was sold for about S$230 million. It remains one of the most expensive homes in the history of Singapore. Nassim Road is home to rich Asian families, and diplomats.

Ardmore Park

Ardmore Park, just minutes from Orchard Road, is another famous enclave in Singapore. It is noted for ultra-luxury condominiums and penthouses offering gorgeous views of the city. Luxury apartments here are valued at S$2,800 to S$4,000 per square foot. The neighborhood offers the much-needed and easy access to Singapore’s prime shopping hubs.

Cluny Road is close to the Singapore Botanic Gardens and is known for big Good Class Bungalows. The quiet environment and heritage-style homes makes it one of the most desirable addresses in Singapore.

Orchard Road might be worldwide famous as Singapore’s luxury shopping boulevard, but it is also home to some of the city’s most expensive residential estates, including high-rise luxury buildings. Luxury apartments in this region usually range between S$2,600 and S$3,500 per square foot. But it’s all worth it as residents can experience premium convenience, with access to fine-dines, and international hotels.

Sentosa Cove on Sentosa Island is another luxurious address in Singapore. In fact, it is the only residential neighborhood where foreigners can buy landed waterfront homes. It offers stunning views of the marina. Homes here are pretty pricey and range from luxury villas to luxury condominiums, with prices between S$2,000 and S$3,500 per square foot.
