NAGPUR: Neeti Tatiya (High School) and Swara Dalvi (Primary Group) jumped to sole lead in the 9th LG Somalwar Girls Chess Championship at the Annasahib Somalwar Sabhagruh, Khamla, here on Monday.
On the top board, Neeti downed Ananya Menkudale to take her points tally to five. On second board, Vidhi Barsinge upset Gayatri Panbude to share the second spot with four points.
In the Primary School category, Swara trounced Swarneema Gore to clinch top spot. Mrunal Kokate, Krishna Mahesnwari and Ashita Chhabda followed her with three points each.
